Alpha X Tech did an amazing job with my laptop. It’s hard to trust sometimes, that a job is going to be done well & right the 1st time and that’s exactly what they did for me! These guys are hands down, THE BEST repair guys I have ever seen!!! Not kidding. I recommend them to EVERYONE I KNOW. They can fix just about anything, and they walk you through all your options. They get you the BEST price on replacement parts too, and always look to make sure not to oversell you stuff you don't actually need. I bring ALL my computer and phone repair stuff to them and they ALWAYS do an amazing job for what can only be described as bargain basement prices. You can't go wrong with these guys. (A-N-D fast turnaround times, too!!!) A+++++++

Honest, hard working, and fast! I had a wonderful experience with the AlphaX team who replaced my Surface Pro battery and helped me get into my locked out computer. They went above and beyond and had excellent communication during the repair process. I highly recommend. Very nice people.

Alpha X was able to fix the computer in one of my machines. We really doubted that it could be fixed, but they did the research and took the time and ultimately it paid off. Everyone was very impressed with their level of service. I would highly recommend them. I was told all of the work would be free if it didn’t work and he wouldn’t accept payment until he proved to me that it did work. Very honorable.

My network was down constantly. Call spectrum and had no solution. Alphax resolve my problem. Added new asus router, replaced spectrum router. Internet now has no problem at all.

My display wasn't working after I had air dusted it so I brought it in. He quickly diagnosed the issue and delivered it himself to my house in under 2 hours!!!! I was so worried and he fixed it so quickly for a reasonable price, $180 to fix my damaged motherboard.

our printing constantly disconnects from computer. Alphax Tech, was able to fix the network issue and never has any problem in printing. great and proffesional
